When submitting payment orders, EBICS access is required for the subsequent release of the orders.
Some APIs require user interaction to login. However, the required token can be extended after 15 minutes (maximum 10 hours). The refresh token is always valid for 30 minutes and can / must be renewed. This validity period cannot be changed. In addition, we can also offer you so-called offline tokens here, where an interactive registration is only required every 90 days. Please contact our support for more information and details regarding your exact use case.
