How can I adjust the period for a suspended standing order?
If a standing order is already suspended and you want to adjust the period of suspension, enter this in Global Payment Plus as follows.
- Click in the navigation of Global Payment Plus on the item "Orders" and there on "Standing orders". All existing standing orders are displayed in this overview.
- In the line of the standing order for which you want to edit the suspension period, click on the three dots at the right end and then on "Adjust suspension".
- Adjust the time you want to suspend executions. You will be shown the corresponding date of the next execution.
- Click on "Apply payment".
- Click on "To approval" and approve the change with the photoTAN.
