How can I export account statements?

You can download or export one or more account statements in Global Payment Plus in a format of your choice. Via "Download" the files are made available directly in your browser. Via "Export" the files are stored in the "Export files" area and can be downloaded there within 10 days.

Exporting statements via "Download"

  1. In Global Payment Plus, under "Accounts & transactions", select the menu item "Account statements & transactions".
  2. If necessary, change the default account selection to the account from which you want to export statements. 
  3. Activate the checkbox on the left for all statements you want to export in the respective line.
  4. In a scrolling window you will see how many statements have been selected. Click here on "Export".
  5. Select the desired export format.
  6. Click on "Download".
  7. When a single statement is downloaded, it automatically opens in the browser. When downloading multiple statements or CSV format, the files are displayed in the "downloads" window, depending on your browser settings. 
  8. You can open and view the downloaded files and save them to the desired location on your computer.  

Exporting statements via "Export"

  1. In Global Payment Plus, under "Accounts & transactions", select the menu item "Account statements & transactions".
  2. If necessary, change the default account selection to the account from which you want to export statements. 
  3. Activate the checkbox on the left for all statements you want to export in the respective line.
  4. In a scrolling window you will see how many statements have been selected. Click here on "Export".
  5. Select the desired export format.
  6. Click on "Export".
  7. Then click on "Display export files" to go directly to the Export files page. 
  8. The statement files you just exported are displayed at the top and can be downloaded within 10 days. 
  9. To download the files, click on the download arrow at the right end.
  10. The downloaded files are displayed in a zip folder in the "downloads" window according to your browser settings. 
  11. You can open and view the downloaded files and save them to the desired location on your computer.
