If you receive signed PDF statements to your EBICS customer ID, you can download them via Global Payment Plus. Proceed as follows.
In Global Payment Plus

Select the menu item "File downloads" under "Administration" in Global Payment Plus.
 Choose the relevant bank access.
 In the line with the order type "BKA – Retrieve account statements in PDF format", click on the download arrow at the right end to start the retrieval from the bank server.
 Go to the "View downloaded files" link in the lower right corner or to the "Downloaded files" tab at the top.
 In the "Downloaded files" area, click on the download arrow at the right end of the line "BKA - Retrieve account statements in PDF format" to download the file to your computer.
 Open the "Downloads" directory on your computer. Depending on the setting, the window will automatically open in the upper right corner of your browser when the download is complete.
 The file will be displayed as "BKA file". Change the file extension from ".BKA" to ".ZIP" by renaming the file.
 The file is now displayed as "ZipArchive". Open the file. It displays all downloaded PDF statements.
 You can open and view individual PDF statements. Save the statements or the entire zip file on your computer.

Further Information

If you still receive your bank statements in paper form, you have the option of converting your statements to PDF format at any time. To do this, contact our customer service.
 PDF statements are available for 40 days on our bank server. After the first retrieval, they are available for download for 10 days.
