How do I get a missing third-party bank statement?
If you are missing a third-party bank statement in Global Payment Plus, you can retrieve it again via a repeat download. Proceed as follows.
- Select the menu item "File download" under "Administration" in Global Payment Plus.
- Click on the relevant bank access and below on "Repeat download".
- Select the order type of your statement delivery, e.g. "C53 - Download account statement (CAMT)" for statements in CAMT format. If you are currently still receiving statements in MT format, select "STA - Download account statement (SWIFT)". If necessary, adjust the pre-set period for repeat download.
- Start the repeat download by clicking on the button "Retrieve". It may take up to 10 minutes for statements to be imported and displayed in Global Payment Plus.
- If you would like to process the statement in its original format in addition to displaying it in Global Payment Plus, click on the "Downloaded files" tab.
- In the "Downloaded Files" area, all files retrieved from the respective bank server are displayed. Newly retrieved files are highlighted in bold type.
- In the line of the newly retrieved third-party bank statement, click on the download arrow at the right end to open the file or save it locally on your computer.
Further information
- In order to view accounts and the associated transactions and statements in Global Payment Plus, you need a display permission. If an account is not displayed, this may be due to a lack of authorisation. This can happen especially with newly added accounts.
- Read here how to check and update your display permissions.
