How do I see payments in the order history that were set via a service data centre?

For orders placed via a service data centre (SDC), only the signature provided can be displayed in the order history. To display the signature, a setting in the filter criteria is necessary.
  1. In Global Payment Plus, select the menu item "Order history" under "Orders" in the navigation.
  2. Click on "Filter" and then on "New filter".
  3. Activate the selection for "Show DES orders" and confirm this via the button "Apply filter".
  4. The signature operations are displayed as "Approve VEU order (HVE)" or as "Cancel VEU order (HVS)" in the list of sent orders.
