Manage plans collaboratively with multiple GPP users

Plans can also be managed by other users if they work with you under one EBICS customer ID and are also enabled for the planning function and the corresponding accounts. Please note that plans can only be edited by one person at a time to prevent data conflicts. To manage plans with multiple GPP users, please do the following:

In Global Payment Plus

  1. Navigate to your liquidity plan.
  2. Click on "Edit Plan" in the top right corner.
  3. Once you've finalized your changes, click "Save".
  4. Another user can now edit the plan through edit mode.
