Retrieve and download files from bank server
Global Payment Plus allows you to retrieve and download files that have been made available for your bank access on the bank server. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Select the menu item "File download" under "Administration" in Global Payment Plus.
- Choose the relevant bank access.
- In the line with the order type you want to retrieve, click on the download arrow at the right end to start the retrieval from the bank server.
- Go to the "View downloaded files" link in the lower right corner or to the "Downloaded files" tab at the top.
- In the "Downloaded files" area, click on the download arrow at the right end of the line of the retrieved order type to download the file to your computer.
- Open the "Downloads" directory on your computer. Depending on the setting, the window will automatically open in the upper right corner of your browser when the download is complete.
