Switch automatic retrieval of account statements to CAMT format
If the statement provision for a third-party bank integrated into Global Payment Plus has been switched from MT format to CAMT format, the automatic retrieval of account statements in Global Payment Plus must be adapted.
In Global Payment Plus
- In Global Payment Plus, select "Administration", and then "Bank accesses" menu item.
- In the row of the bank access you wish to adjust, click the three dots on the far-right side, then select "Display bank access". Alternatively, you can click directly on the row of the bank access.
- Click on the "Display Permissions" tab.
- In the "Automatic download of account information" section, check the box on the right side for "Download account statements (Camt.053)". Note: If this option is not displayed, click "Take over administrator role".
- Save the changes.
