Updating bank access to the latest EBICS version 3.0

To update your bank access to EBICS 3.0, follow these steps.
  1. Navigate to "Administration" and click on "Bank Accesses".
  2. Check if the button "Update bank accesses to EBICS 3.0" is available and click on it to begin the process.
  3. A list of all your bank accesses will be displayed. Click "Confirm" to proceed.
  4. Complete the process by signing with the photoTAN scan, which will transmit the necessary data to update your bank accesses to EBICS 3.0. Click "Approve" to finalise.
  5. Once the data is successfully transmitted, you will see a confirmation indicating the update is complete.

Further Information

  • This migration is occurring in batches, so not all users will see the update button simultaneously.
