How can I deactivate the electronic postbox?

If you want to do without the advantages of the electronic postbox, you can have your postbox deactivated again. In this case, you will receive all letters by mail. This prevents the additional electronic dispatch to the postbox. If you wish, please contact your responsible corporate customer consultant or our corporate customer service.
