Information about former products in the postbox
The former products are archived products that are also in your postbox. In the following overview, we provide you with some information on the topic.
This refers to products that have been terminated or expired and are no longer listed under the active products. These products can be selected in the filter settings in the "Former products" tab and the corresponding documents can be displayed.
The "former products" can only be accessed by legal representatives or employees with postbox special permission at this time.
For products that can be selected via the filter settings, documents can be displayed retroactively in the postbox for up to two years.
For technical reasons, a display is only possible from 01.01.2024 onwards.
The Inbox is only for documents from active products.
To avoid mixing the documents of active and deleted products, these documents cannot be moved to the paper bin.
Documents of term deposits are only visible in the postbox as long as the time deposit is running. For technical reasons, documents from former term deposits cannot currently be displayed in the "Former Products" folder.
The documents from former products are available for a maximum of two years in the electronic postbox. If you need the documents for a longer period of time, please download them in good time before they expire.
