How do I change the postbox notification email address?

You can save your desired email addresses in the Corporate Clients Portal. The changes can be made via this path in the Corporate Banking Portal:

In the Corporate Clients Portal

  1. Log in with your Coporate Banking credentials in order to change the postbox notification email adress.
  2. Type in the desired email address in the section "Business email address".
  3. Review your details and click on "Submit".
Note: If you are not already logged in, you will be taken to the login page of the corporate customer portal after clicking on the link from step 1. Once you have logged in, you will be directed to where you can edit your email address.
