What documents can the employees see?

The view of the documents in the electronic postbox depends on the assigned authorizations. If documents related to an account or product are not displayed, an appropriate authorization must be granted. This authorization can be applied for by the legal representative at the responsible corporate customer consult or the corporate customer service.
