How can extended permissions be granted for the postbox?

Legal representatives and authorized signatories of the company can apply special authorizations for persons who have no power of attorney at all, yet, or for persons who should have extended postbox view similar to those of a the legal representative. This can either be done via the service platform for not yet authorized persons or upon an formular to exceed existing rights.
