How can I activate an electronic postbox?

The prerequisite for activating electronic postboxes is access to the Commerzbank corporate customer portal. Authorization to activate postboxes is reserved exclusively for the legal representatives and authorized signatories of the company. If a postbox has not yet been activated, the activation process can be initiated with selection of this postbox.
