How do I block a Corporate Card in the event of loss/theft?

You can have your Corporate Card blocked by calling the Corporate Card blocking service in the event of loss, theft or misuse.

Lock through the card portal

  1. Log-in in the card portal.
  2. Manage the card.
  3. Card lock (temporary lock).

On the phone

  1. Contact us on the phone number 0049 6950502040. Reachable around the clock: 24 hours – 7 days – worldwide.
  2. We will block your Corporate Card for you.
Note: Name of the cardholder, card ID, billing account of the card. You can find your card ID on your card statement or in the card portal.
