How do I block a Corporate Card in the event of loss/theft?

You can have your Corporate Card blocked by calling the Corporate Card blocking service in the event of loss, theft or misuse.

On the phone

  1. Contact us on the phone number 0049 6966571333. Available around the clock: 24 hours – 7 days – worldwide.
  2. We will block your Corporate Card for you.
Note: Have the following information available for authentication: Card number, name of the card holder, Framework agreement number (Rahmenvertrags ID), billing account of the card. If you do not know the general agreement number, we will be pleased to provide you with it.
