How do I change my Corporate Card PIN?

You have the option to request a PIN change for your Corporate Card from the Corporate Card Service.

On the phone or by email

  1. Contact the Corporate Card Service by phone at +49 69 5050 2785 (24/7) or by mail service@corporatecard.commerzbank.com and request participation in the desired PIN procedure.
  2. The personal access code (12-digit TAN code) will be sent to the address you specified.
  3. Log in to Invoicing Online with your personal access code.
  4. Enter your desired PIN using the keyboard shown.
  5. Confirm and activate the new PIN.
Note: The desired PIN can only be entered using the screen keyboard shown. The card is ready to use immediately with the new PIN.
Further information The requested PIN procedure is free of charge. New customers can select the desired PIN procedure in the card application.
