How do I change my Corporate Card PIN?

You have the option to request a PIN change for your Corporate Card from the Corporate Card Service.
  1. Contact the Corporate Card Service by phone at 0049 69 5050 2785 (24/7) or by mail commercial@kreditkartenservice.commerzbank.de and request participation in the desired PIN procedure.
  2. The personal access code (12-digit TAN code) will be sent to the address you specified.
  3. Log in to card portal with your personal access code.
  4. Enter the desired PIN.
  5. Confirm and activate the new PIN.
Note: The card can be used immediately with the new PIN.
