How do I change my Corporate Card PIN?
You have the option to request a PIN change for your Corporate Card from the Corporate Card Service.
On the phone or by email
- Contact the Corporate Card Service by phone at +49 69 5050 2785 (24/7) or by mail service@corporatecard.commerzbank.com and request participation in the desired PIN procedure.
- The personal access code (12-digit TAN code) will be sent to the address you specified.
- Log in to Invoicing Online with your personal access code.
- Enter your desired PIN using the keyboard shown.
- Confirm and activate the new PIN.
