How do I unlock my Corporate Card?

You can have your Corporate Card unlocked by phone at the Corporate Card Service or you can unlock it yourself in the Card Portal, provided that it has been temporarily blocked by you. A permanent suspension for loss, theft or abuse cannot be revoked. 

In the card portal

  1. Log in to the card portal.
  2. Unlock via "Manage Card" and "Card Lock".

On the phone

  1. Please contact the Corporate Card Service Tel: 0049 69 5050 2785. Available around the clock: 24 hours – 7 days – worldwide.
  2. We will take over the unblocking of the Corporate Card for you.
Note: Have the following information available for authentication: Name of the cardholder, card ID, billing account of the card. You can find your card ID on your card statement or in the card portal.
