How do I unlock my Corporate Card?
You can unlock your Corporate Card by phone or by e-mail at the Corporate Card Service.
Please contact the Corporate Card Service Tel: +49 69 5050 2785. Reachable around the clock: 24 hours – 7 days – worldwide.
We will perform the unlocking of your Corporate Card for you.
Contact the Corporate Card Service at service@corporatecard.commerzbank.com.
Your concern will be resolved by an employee.
Note: Have the following information available for authentication: Card number, name of the card holder, corporate agreement number (group ID), billing account of the card. If you do not know the general agreement number, we will be pleased to provide you with it.
