Information about the Upload Center

The Upload Center in the Corporate Clients Portal allows you to upload and submit documents, as well as view and manage existing document requests.
Before uploading, check whether the document you want to upload requires a signature. Missing signatures on documents that require them may lead to delays or rejection of your submission.

In the Corporate Clients Portal

  1. Log in to the Corporate Clients Portal using your login details to upload documents in the Upload Center.
  2. Click the "Submit Documents" tab.
  3. Select the category in which you want to upload your document.
  4. Select the company for which you want to upload the document.
  5. Upload the document by dragging and dropping it into the designated field or clicking the yellow plus icon.
  6. An email address is mandatory when uploading a document via the "Submit documents" tab. The email address stored in your profile will be automatically selected for this purpose.
  7. Consent to the processing of your uploaded document.
  8. Click "Review entries" to check your details again.
  9. Click "Submit" to send the document to us. Your documents are initially stored in Commerzbank’s temporary storage and, after your confirmation by clicking "Submit", forwarded to the relevant department or responsible employee.
Note: If you are already logged in to the Corporate Clients Portal, the link in step 1 leads directly to the Upload Center. Otherwise, you will first be taken to the login page and after logging in to the Upload Center.

In the Corporate Clients Portal

  1. Log in using your Corporate Clients Portal login details to manage your requests in the Upload Center.
  2. In the "Manage Requests" tab, you can see your available document requests, together with their status and processing period.
  3. For the relevant request, click the icon at the right-hand end of the row to open the detailed view of the document request.
  4. In the "Upload document" area, you can drag and drop PDF documents into the field or upload them using the upload icon. Mandatory documents must be uploaded to complete the process. Depending on the process optional documents can be added if needed.
  5. Consent to the processing of the uploaded document.
  6. Check your entries and confirm them by clicking "Submit". Your documents are initially placed in Commerzbank’s temporary storage and will be, following your confirmation by clicking "Submit", forwarded to the relevant department or responsible employee.
Note: If you are already logged in to the Corporate Client Portal, the link in step 1 leads directly to the Upload Center. Otherwise, you will first be taken to the login page and after logging in to the Upload Center.
Once an upload has been completed, it can no longer be changed. As long as you have not completed the upload process by clicking "Submit" in the final step, you can view, delete, or replace your uploaded documents.
Note that generally each document must be uploaded individually.
  • Under "Manage Requests", you can see all existing document requests and upload the required documents.
  • Under "Submit Documents", you can upload "Account related documents" and "Solvency documents" at any time.
