How do I change my login name?

You can change your login name at any time in just a few steps.

In the Corporate Banking Portal

  1. Log in to the Corporate Banking Portal.
  2. If Global Payment Plus is your start application then click on "Go to portal" in the top right-hand corner. Otherwise, continue directly with step 3.
  3. Select "My data" in the top right navigation of the Corporate Banking Portal.
  4. Select the item "Create / change login name".
  5. Enter your new username and confirm it.

Further Information

  • Global Payment Plus is integrated as an application in the Commerzbank Corporate Banking Portal. You can access Global Payment Plus by logging into the Corporate Banking Portal with your login name or user number and PIN. If you are not yet activated for Global Payment Plus, please contact your customer service.
