How do I change my PIN for logging in?

To change your PIN for your Corporate Clients Portal follow the instructions below.

In the Corporate Clients Portal

  1. Log in to the Corporate Clients Portal in order to change your Corporate Clients Portal PIN. 
  2. Enter your desired PIN twice.
  3. Confirm your PIN change with a photoTAN.

Further Information

  • Allowed characters for your new Corporate Clients Portal PIN: numbers from 0-9, upper and lower case characters from a-z and special characters.
  • Your PIN should be between 8 to 45 characters long.
