How do I change my login name?
Instead of your numeric credentials, you can also log in to the Corporate Clients Portal with a user name that can be freely selected. You can create and modify a user name yourself via the Corporate Customer Portal.
Criteria for your user name:
In the Corporate Clients Portal

Log in to the Corporate Clients Portal with your credentials in order to change your login name.
If you have not yet assigned a user name, you can simply type a new name under "New username".
If you already have a user name, it will be displayed under "Current username". To change it, you can also simply type in the new user name under "New username".
Check your entry and confirm the change with photoTAN.

User name must have 8 to 50 characters. A selected character can be entered no more than two times consecutively.
Allowed characters: numbers from 0 to 9, characters from a to z and special characters, underscore, hyphen and dot.
Spaces are not permitted.
There is no distinction between upper and lower case.
