How do I change my login name?
Instead of your numeric credentials, you can also log in to the Corporate Clients Portal with a user name that can be freely selected. You can create and modify a user name yourself via the Corporate Customer Portal.
Criteria for your user name:
In the Corporate Clients Portal
- Log in to the Corporate Clients Portal with your credentials in order to change your login name.
- If you have not yet assigned a user name, you can simply type a new name under "New username".
- If you already have a user name, it will be displayed under "Current username". To change it, you can also simply type in the new user name under "New username".
- Check your entry and confirm the change with photoTAN.
Further Information
- User name must have 8 to 50 characters. A selected character can be entered no more than two times consecutively.
- Allowed characters: numbers from 0 to 9, characters from a to z and special characters, underscore, hyphen and dot.
- Spaces are not permitted.
- There is no distinction between upper and lower case.
