How do I get access to the Corporate Clients Portal?
As an authorized employee of a corporate client, you can request access to the Corporate Clients Portal through your responsible corporate clients service.
Within the Corporate Clients Portal
- Another user logs in to the Corporate Clients Portal with their user number and PIN.
- The user navigates to the "Relationship" tab and selects "Permissions & Powers of Attorney" and then "Overview & Information".
- The user scrolls down to "Manage Permissions", where they will find the service "Register additional user".
- The user completes the form and submits it. We will then setup your access to the Corporate Clients Portal.
By email or phone
- Contact your responsible corporate clients service.
- We will review your request and activate your access to the Corporate Clients Portal.
- After activation, we will send you your user number and PIN by post.
As a corporate client, you have the option to request access to the Corporate Clients Portal by phone or through your corporate client advisor.

- Contact your corporate client advisor.
- We will activate access to the Corporate Clients Portal for you.
- After activation, we will send you and all authorized employees your user number and PIN by post.
