How do I order a replacement Corporate Card?

You can order a new credit card, for example, if your Corporate Card is defective or stolen. To do this, call your corporate customer service representative.

On the phone

  1. Contact your local corporate customer service.
  2. We will order a replacement Corporate Card for you.
Note: Have the following information available for authentication: Card number, name of the card holder, Framework agreement number (Rahmenvertrags ID), billing account of the card. If you do not know the Framework agreement number, we will be pleased to provide you with it.
