How do I order a replacement Corporate Card?

You can order a new credit card, for example, if your Corporate Card is defective or stolen. To do this, call your corporate customer service representative.

On the phone

  1. Contact your local corporate customer service.
  2. We will order a replacement Corporate Card for you.
Note: Have the following information available for authentication: Name of the card holder, Card-ID, billing account of the card. You can find the card ID on the card statement or on the card portal.
