How long will the documents remain in the inbox?

The documents are always displayed in the electronic postbox until the statutory retention period expires. A distinction must be made here that documents from active products are in the "Inbox" or "Paper bin" tab and documents from deleted products can be found under the "Former products" tab. In order to save documents permanently, it is recommended to download them regularly and save them locally.
