Why am I automatically logged out after 5 minutes of inactivity?

You are automatically logged out after five minutes due to inactivity of the system, this is a regulatory requirement under PSD2 for your protection. This happens if you have not keyed any entries or performed any actions in Global Payment Plus within 5 minutes. An extension of this time window is not possible.

  • PSD2 (Payment Service Directive 2) is an EU directive regulating payment services. Automatic logout is regulated in Article 4 (3) (d) of the EU regulation.
